Thank you for shopping with MARGARET COLLINS. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard shipping: 7–14 business days
  • Express shipping (if available at checkout): 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Transit times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Since orders ship internationally into the United States, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by U.S. authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

For most personal orders under $800 USD, the U.S. de minimis rule may apply and no duties are charged — but this is determined solely by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and we cannot guarantee it.

If a package is refused by the customer or returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost and any return charges will be deducted from the refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping confirmation.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at EMAIL.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. Contact us within 7 days if the package is still missing.
  • For packages lost in transit, please contact us at EMAIL so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier or for packages stolen after delivery.

Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please contact us immediately at EMAIL. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but once the order has shipped, changes may not be possible. Reshipping costs for packages returned due to incorrect addresses are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening and contact us at EMAIL within 48 hours of delivery. See our Return Policy for more details on damaged or defective items.
