Return Policy

At MARGARET COLLINS, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Please read the policy below carefully before initiating a return.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In their original condition, with all tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, or any other signs of use

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings and other pierced jewelry, for hygiene reasons
  • Underwear, swimwear, and bodysuits
  • Sale or final-sale items (clearly marked as such at checkout)
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at ludoviceenterprise@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Photos are appreciated for damaged or defective items.
  3. Wait for our reply with return instructions and the shipping address. Do not send items back before receiving confirmation — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
  4. Ship the item(s) back within 7 days of receiving our confirmation.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid label or reimburse the shipping fee.
  • Change of mind, wrong size, or any other reason: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at EMAIL within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item and the packaging. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund — including shipping — at no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of approval:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times vary.
